Welcome to Charmify.
These Terms of Service apply when you use our website or purchase products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.
Our store is powered by Shopify, but any purchase you make through our store is a purchase from Charmify.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide a full refund for the cancelled item or order.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other offers.

Charmify is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store.
However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Charmify. Shopify is not responsible for the products you purchase from Charmify or for the transaction between you and Charmify.
